1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating a kd999 account, accessing the kd999 website at kd999.bio, downloading or using any kd999 mobile application, or using any part of the kd999 service in any manner, you ("User", "you", "your") enter into a legally binding agreement with kd999 ("kd999", "we", "us", "our") and agree to comply fully with these Terms & Conditions ("Agreement").

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using all kd999 services and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of kd999's platform after any posted amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Agreement.

3 Account Registration

During registration you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Pakistani mobile number. You further agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

The following registration rules apply to all kd999 accounts without exception:

• One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active kd999 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under aliases — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being permanently closed.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kd999 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant you any right to:

10 Limitation of Liability

kd999's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your kd999 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

Nothing in this Agreement limits kd999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection
